Duties & Responsibilities
Job Objectives:
To provide great customer service by being visible in-store and being proactive in responding to client needs through knowledge and understanding of supplements and health.
to speak with customers and offer appropriate guidance regarding nutritional, dietary supplement, and healthcare items.
To promote a wide range of products by cross-selling and up-selling to boost profitability and drive healthcare sales in accordance with targets.
to increase stock availability in the medical aisles by following stock management guidelines in order to boost sales.
should adhere to the stock rotation principle in order to prevent waste in one’s own area.
to avoid stock losses by adhering to all risk management guidelines.
to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness inside the store in order to give clients a pleasant shopping experience.
to put product merchandising into practice while adhering to the merchandising policies and procedures.
the strict observance of all shop SOPs.
by concentrating on one’s own growth and product knowledge and sharing that knowledge with replacement workers, to ensure continuity of service.
Knowledge:
- Desirable: Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge
- Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management,)

Education:
- Essential: Matric (50% English , 50% Maths/ 60% Maths Lit and a pass in Physical Science or Life Science)
- Desirable: Sports / fitness / nutrition qualification
