Job Objectives:

to promptly and effectively complete all operational tasks at the point of sale.

must continue to operate with high levels of accuracy while scanning goods, collecting payments, and processing clubcard benefits.

should always guarantee that currency is handled safely.
In order to meet the clubcard participation goals, it is important to actively market the Clicks clubcard and sign up new members.

to inform clients about sales in order to increase sales and ensure that they “feel good and spend less.”

by serving as a brand ambassador, being visible, and providing a welcoming and knowledgeable service, to provide outstanding customer service.

to effectively carry out and maintain all general cleaning and merchandising tasks in accordance with store and visual merchandise standards.
to live and promote the corporate values in order to achieve the Group’s objective of becoming the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer.
keeping up-to-date knowledge of products, ranges, specials, and events in order to always give customers accurate information.
