REQUIREMENTS:A three yr qualification in Public Administration/Management /or a National Diploma in Service Management (NQF Level 5) plus module in Case Flow Management or applicable equal qualification; three year’s managerial or supervisory experience; Knowledge and ride in workplace and district administration; Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA); Experience in managing Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account; Experience in the Court surroundings will be an introduced advantage; A legitimate driver’s licence. DUTIES:Key Performance Areas: Coordinate and control the financial, human resource,risk and protection in the court; Manage the strategic and enterprise planning processes; Manage the facility, bodily resources, data and conversation associated to courts; Lead and control the transformation of the office; Manage the tasks supposed to enhance court; Compile and analyze courtroom information to exhibit overall performance and trends; Support case drift administration at the court; Compile annual overall performance and statutory reports to the applicable users; Develop and enforce purchaser provider upgrades management; Manage provider degree agreements.
