- Meet the prescribed minimum physical requirements set by SAPS.
- Have no criminal record or pending criminal cases .
- Meet the required visual acuity standards without corrective lenses .
- Be prepared to undergo a medical examination, psychological evaluation, and security vetting .
- Be prepared to relocate anywhere in South Africa .
