REQUIREMENTS:An LLB Degree or a 4 (4) yr Legal qualification. A minimal of two (2) years’ felony journey got after qualification. Superior Court or Litigation trip will be an introduced advantage. Skills and competencies: Excellent verbal exchange capabilities (verbal and written). Computer literacy. Numerical skills. Attention to detail. Planning, organizing and control. DUTIES:Co-ordination of Case Flow Management help procedure to the Judiciary and prosecution. Manage the issuing of all processes. Initiating Court Proceedings. Co-ordinate, deciphering services, appeals and reviews. Process unopposed divorces and the facilitation of Pre-Trial conferences. Quality tests on Criminal Record Book. Authenticate signatures of Legal Practitioners, notaries and sworn translators. Supervision and administration of staff. Provide sensible education and help to the Registrars’ Clerks. Ensure annotation of applicable publications, codes, acts and rules. Attend to and execute requests from the Judiciary in connection with instances and case associated matters. Exercise manage over the administration and safekeeping of case information and the document room. Deal with the documents in phrases of the applicable codes and Legislation.
