The Ray Nkonyeni Municipality, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking individuals for the following positions who are appropriately qualified, highly motivated, able to work under pressure and with severe deadlines, assertive, and result-driven.

Salary range: R148 950.48 to R193 366.92 annually (Excluding all benefits)

Minimum Conditions:

Police clearance for grade 12 indicating no criminal history
Must pass the municipality-conducted physical fitness exam Must be under 35.

Principal Performance Areas

During rush hour, communicate with the Control Room and pay attention to the traffic.
Utilize hand signals to reroute and direct traffic
Attend to minor infractions including actions endangering public safety, giving verbal warnings or other forms of situational control, and notifying the control center to send armed support in cases of significant infractions.
Update the occurrence book by adding information about incidents and tasks completed.
