REQUIREMENT:Three-year tertiary qualification in Internal Audit / Accounting / Cost and Management Accounting. Professional Internal Auditor Certification-as an introduced advantage. Certified Internal Auditor-CIA as an brought advantage. 5 years’ useful trip in Performance Audits of which two years in supervisory experience. Knowledge:Compensation Fund policies, procedures, processes. Internal Audits standards. Customer Relationship Management. Fund Governance and Risk Management. Budgeting and Financial Management. COIDA. Relative stakeholders. Batho Pele Principles. Legislative requirements:PFMA and National Treasury Regulations. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency. Business Writing Skills. Analytical thinking. Decision making. Communication (verbal and written). Customer Focus and Responsiveness. People and overall performance Management. Managing inter-personal hostilities and hassle solving. Planning and organising. Team Leadership. External Environmental Awareness.

DUTIES:Manage and put in force the overall performance auditsstrategies, plans, tips and methodology. Manage overall performance audit assignments in accordance with the audit methodology. Monitor and consider the overall performance audits progress. Management of assets in the sub-directorate.
