DUTIES:The profitable incumbent will be accountable to coordinate, reveal and record on infrastructure programmes carried out through provincial departments; Monitor the implementation of the programmes and projects; Produce first-rate programme and task overall performance reports; Develop & strengthening of partnerships at departmental/provincial and district level; Provide month-to-month analytical and strategic evaluation reviews on development towards area programme targets; Verify tasks and bodily growth towards stated expenditure and file on the bodily and monetary performance; Engage with provincial departments on infrastructure things bearing on to planning, design, construction, commissioning, operation and upkeep of schooling infrastructure; Manage the catastrophe administration programme in the sector; Develop, overview and consider training infrastructure guidelines, regulations, polices and first-class exercise guidelines; Conduct inspection of current training
5facilities infrastructure and put together reviews thereon; Render professional advice, practise and help with regard to technical things inside the discipline of schooling infrastructure, exterior to the directorate and the Department; Conduct research, enhance and formulate policies, approaches and programmes without delay associated to training infrastructure.
