REQUIREMENTS : A applicable Bachelor’s diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical field/the Built
Environment with a minimal of 6 years post-qualification experience, A registered
Professional Construction Project Manager with the SACPCMP, A legitimate driver’s
license, Compulsory registration with the SACPCMP as a Professional
Construction Project Manager, Knowledge of Programme and Project
management, Project layout and analysis, criminal and operational compliance as
well as the advent of a high-performance culture, Communication skills, Problemsolving and analysis, Decision making skills, Conflict administration skills, Research
and development, Strategic functionality and leadership, Financial management,
Computer skills, Negotiation skills.

DUTIES : Monitor the overall performance of challenge managers below his/her supervision, Mentor,
develop and provide technical assist to enhance performance, Manage construction
projects on his/her own, ranging from large-scale capital tasks to maintenance
projects and carrier contracts, Ensure that the wants of consumers are properly interpreted
into manageable scopes of work, Procure the offerings of the constructed environment
professionals via stipulated furnish chain administration processes, Coordinate
the work of a range of experts to make sure the required format and documentation
quality as properly as shipping is in accordance with assignment execution plans, Coordinate
all inner sources required to make certain the bidding manner for appointment of
contractors, Ensure that appointed consultants manipulate the pleasant of work within

recommendations to the approving authority inside the Department, Process all
interim month-to-month repayments as per the prerequisites of contract and in line with
Government’s dedication to pay invoices timeously, Prepare and publish project
information to be filed to the Head of Directorate, Secure all required funding for
the initiatives via inner set processes, Ensure that assignment data is filed
appropriately for handy get admission to at some stage in audits, Cultivate a lifestyle of appropriate working
relationships with fellow colleagues inside the Department , Adhere to prerequisites of
Occupational Health and Safety, Conduct lookup on new nice practices of
