REQUIREMENTS:Three (3) yr applicable tertiary qualification in Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Development Studies. Certificate in Project Management will be an brought advantage. Certificate in Financial Management will be an brought advantage. Certificate in Contract Management will be an introduced advantage. Three (3) years’ experiencein Project Administration. Two (2) years administration experience. Knowledge: Departmental and the Fund’s Policiesand Procedures. Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA), All Labour Legislations, Project Management, Batho Pele Principles. Skills:Planning and Organising, People Management, Conflict Management, Analytical,Problem Solving, Communication and capacity to suppose strategically, Computer Literacy.
DUTIES:Engage with applicable stakeholders on coaching / competencies programmes that will gain UIF Beneficiaries. Identify beneficiaries and establishments to be funded for Labour Activation purposes. Monitor the things to do of establishments receiving funding and document constraints consisting of corrective actions. Participate in Advocacy campaigns to create attention on Labour Activation Programmes in co-operation with the Unit Communications within the Fund.
