The successful candidate must have a Matric and have good attention to detail as minimum prerequisites for the position.
It is necessary to have prior experience working as a PA, office administrator, office manager, or in a position that is related.

In close collaboration with the MD, the chosen candidate will be in charge of managing all office and PA tasks across the organization.
ordering all stationery and office essentials.
booking meeting spaces at work.
Organizing appointments and meeting requests for the directors’ calendars.
coordinating the first phase of the procurement process with new vendors.
managing office mail and document courier.
arranging for employee travel, including lodging, flights, etc.
typing several types of correspondence for EXCO members as needed.
handling general questions and customer concerns as necessary.
