Discover Graduate Programme
This is a permanent career opportunity supported by a two-year program of skills development that is especially tailored for the growth of future leaders. By the end of 2024, applicants must have earned their undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
Start date of the programme is 1st February 2024.
The Program provides graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the Vodacom company, including mentorship and coaching, on-the-job training, and all the benefits of a full-time employee. You will move into a destination role within the company at the conclusion of the two years. After Discover, you’ll have the chance to apply for a global assignment that will push you outside of your comfort zone and help you develop your leadership skills.
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate strong potential in the following areas:
Time management, interpersonal communication, passion, adaptability, and resilience are all desirable traits, as are digital savvy, customer focus, innovation, and complex issue solving.
Programme Requirements :
• Must have less than 2 years working experience post studies.
• Must be 26 years old or younger.
• South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalisation, however, citizens of DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
• Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
• Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
• A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
* Electrical / Electronic Engineering
* Computer Software Engineering &
* Information Systems/Information Technology
Internship Programme
The Vodacom Internship Curriculum is a fixed-term contract of 12 months that offers work experience supported by a well created training program. While generating cash, it enables one to explore potential career pathways, network with industry experts, and obtain useful work experience. This program serves as our entry point into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Program or as a pathway to permanent positions when they become available. By the end of 2024, the applicants must have earned at least their undergraduate degree or its equivalent.
Start dates of the programme are 1 February and 1 March 2024.
The goal of the Vodacom Internship Program is to: • Create chances for unemployed graduates with the necessary credentials to develop skills in the digital techco environment; and • Develop a talent pipeline of qualified employees for the core business sectors within Vodacom.

• A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
