3. Experience Requirements:

• Grade 1: Less than 10 years of relevant experience post-registration.
• Grade 2: 10 to 19 years of relevant experience post-registration.
• Grade 3: 20 years or more relevant experience post-registration.

1. Specialized Experience: Experience in a mother and child facility or operating theatre.
2. Legal and Ethical Compliance: Adherence to the legal and ethical standards governing the nursing profession and public service.
3. Team Collaboration: Ability to deliver nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team and engage in decision-making within their practice scope.
4. Shift Work Commitment: Willingness to work in shifts, including day and night shifts as per departmental needs, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Overtime is not included in the package.
